The well known magazine (@essencemag ) celebrated the beautiful cover girl janelle monae over dinner tonight! This event included many celebs such as the effortless stylish ms. @juneambrose and my favorite fashion blogger @thefashionbomb . I must say, Ms. Monae is a beautiful women inside and out, she inspires me so much and after her speech at ‘black girls rock’ in 2012, I’ve gained so much inspiration and motivating from her and her story. She is young and is amazing at portraying young girls like myself in a good light! Instead of being half naked in videos or showing out in the media for attention she uses her success to her full extent and catches the eye of the public in a good way! I’ve snagged these photos from essence magazine’s twitter and June Ambrose’s Instagram, the event looked darling my dear! (Lol) very elegant and “royal” wonderful all around!
